What are the payment terms?
Payments are made monthly, with discounts for longer terms (3, 6 or 12 months). We accept card, bank transfer and direct debit. A one-month deposit is required on your first payment.
Can I access my storage unit anytime?
Yes, our facility offers 24/7 access with smart-gated entry, so you can visit your unit whenever you need.
Do you offer insurance for stored items?
Customers must provide their own insurance for stored items. We do not offer insurance cover.
